What's On Your Life-List?
If you could have anything you wanted, what would you desire? What dreams tickle your mind and knock on your spirit? Do you want to write a book? See the world? Fall in love? Or make a difference? Are you pursuing what you really want in life, or are you going with the flow? You get one life, shouldn't you know what you want to do with it?
It's time to sit down and make a life-list.
Little Reminder
Someday Never Comes...
"Someday I'm going to do blank," are words I often hear from people who tell me what's on their life-list. Then they explain why they don't pursue their dreams: money, time, I have a family, or when I get out of this situation I will be free to pursue what I want.
Everyone dreams, but most people will never pursue their desires. Instead, they will keep them as a "someday" idea.

When I lived in Florence for a month, as part of making my 101 Dreams Come True, I ate food rich in flavor. Strawberry juices dripped down my hand as sweetness exploded in my mouth. I tasted a truffle so decadent it held the flavor of an entire chocolate cake in a tiny ball. Back in the states, I couldn't find food that satisfied or nourished me like the products of Italy. I found myself eating bigger portions in search of fulfillment.

I believe that life lived without the pursuit of one's dreams will leave emptiness, much like food devoid of flavor. As a society we fill this void with stuff: larger quantities of food, commercial goods, hours in front of mindless television, affairs and apathy. But what if life was meant to taste like that truffle - a small package with so many flavors it fills the spirit long after the initial bite? This is what it means to live a life fulfilled by the pursuit of dreams.

What can you give up that doesn't satisfy in order to be filled by magnificence?

Getting what you want and choosing happiness is about focusing your mind to go after your dreams. The visualizations I've created decrease stress, focus your mind, and help you create the life of your dreams.
A Summer of Dreams
The sunshine has come, the sky is blue, and the nights are filled with soft breezes that bring thoughts of campfires and s'mores. Two years ago, after I made my list of dreams, I had the most memorable summer of my life: I learned to salsa dance; met a great group of people; hiked Half-Dome; rode in a hot air balloon; saw Alaska; and bought my home outright. All these things happened within two months of making my list. What dreams can you make happen in these next few months?

Dreams Are Meant To Happen Products
The key to having all that we want in our lives isn't complicated. It isn't about a law of the universe, a degree from a great school, and it's definitely not about physical appearance. Getting what you want and choosing happiness is about focusing your mind to go after your dreams.

The products and meditations that I've created are to help inspire you to slow down, find presence, experience gratitude, and realize what you really want for your life.

About Marci Nault (www.101dreamscometrue.com)
In June 2008, Marci Nault asked the question what if she could have anything? What would she want? Where would she go? How would she live her life? She began to write a life-list of 101 dreams she wanted to come true. The list looked impossible to complete but in the following months her dreams began to come true; sometimes in unexpected ways. Two years later, she has completed almost half her list and her life is completely different.
She hopes that by sharing her journey and encouraging others to pursue their dreams, she can change the way people experience life and the world around them. Enter her website and armchair travel to some amazing places and see the world through her eyes at www.101dreamscometrue.com.
